By downloading and using Qurious, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Description of Service

Qurious is a mobile application designed to help couples strengthen their relationships through thoughtful questions and shared conversations. The app provides question packs, pairing functionality, and conversation tracking.

User Accounts

When you use Qurious, you create an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your pairing code
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • The content you share with your paired partner

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Qurious only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app
  • Share your pairing code publicly or with unauthorized individuals

Subscriptions and Payments

Qurious offers premium question packs through subscriptions managed by RevenueCat and Apple's App Store. Subscription terms are as follows:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You can cancel anytime through your App Store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Intellectual Property

All content in Qurious, including questions, design, and functionality, is owned by Qurious or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Qurious at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Qurious is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or always available.

Limitation of Liability

Qurious and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by email.
